I wanted to know do I book my hotel stay through you or can I call the hotel and still get the same discount rate
Hi Monica. You just call the hotel and tell them that you want the OLTL rate for that weekend. There will be the usual taxes and such added onto it, but your base rate should be $99. Please let me know if it is different from that. You can email me at krasbold@earthlink.net.
@Monica Follow up! The contract had not yet been finalized and the rooms are actually $109 a night. Sorry for the misinformation. They will not actually be available until the end of next week because they are currently setting up the block of rooms from us. I will announce on this site as soon as rooms are available.

@Carrie. Follow up on PayPal. Unfortunately, the Fan Club will only be accepting money orders this year. No PayPal. Tickets are on sale now and you can send your order in when you are ready to do so.
When will we know who’s going? I want to meet someone no longer on the show
Hi Melissa. Other than the actors who have their own events (which will be listed as they are planned), we never know who is going to show up, although the studios greatly encourage the actors to participate and the fan club has historically has very good attendance by the actors. Usually, however, we mostly see attendance by actors who are currently on the show.
I am not a member of the OLTL Fan Club, although I would like to join. I want to take my Mom to the event. Is it ok for two non-members to buy tickets? Also, my Mom is in a wheelchair. Is there anything special we need to do to allow her access to the event seating?
Hi Dean. Yes, anyone can purchase a non-member ticket who wishes to attend. If you annotate on your order form that your mother is in a wheel chair and needs special accommodations, that can be arranged.

Hi. I already sent in our money order and info for tickets but I did not note that my daughter is in a wheelchair. I didn’t think it would be a problem since it is a relatively new Hotel. Please let me know if I have to do anything else. Thanks. Linda Z
You know, Linda, I would drop Debbie a note at OLTLFanClub@gmail.com just to be sure. I seriously doubt that there is an access issue, but I have not worked with this hotel before and can’t be certain. This way, if accommodations need to be made, everyone is on the same page.

Hi Katrina! I sent an email to Debbie as you suggested about a week ago and have not heard back from her. I also asked her to change one of the names on my ticket as one person could no longer attend and I got my sister to go instead. I always need a helper as my daughter is in a wheelchair and it makes it a lot easier with 2 people. I hope it will not be a problem. I also let her know about the wheelchair too. Hi Rose. The event absolutely will take place unless something (even more) catastrophic occurs. If anything, we have more reason than ever to honor this wonderful show!
I’d like info on joining the fan club. Also, I likve near where the event is taking olace. Do I need to stay at the hotel, and still come the 3 days? Are the actors there all 3 days also. I have ben a fan for a million years and became more excited when my cousin’s son Carmen took over the role of Jack Manning a few years ago

For information on joining the fan club, go to the main website at http://www.oltlfans.com. On the top horizontal menu, you will see a link that is for “OLTL Fan Club Information.”
You can stay at the hotel or not. That is your choice. The hotel is simply where the events are being held and you do not have to be a hotel guest to attend. They offer us a reduced price block rate for the fans who do want to stay there. You can come to some or all of the 3 days as you choose.
The actors are never at an event for the full duration of the weekend. They pop into the events as they occur and as they are able to do so. Sometimes, a specific actor who is hosting an event will invite actors with whom they are friends or with whom they share a story.
All actors are invited to the main luncheon and the studio encourages them to attend. They are, however, not required to do so. Although we typically receive RSVP responses from the actors, we rarely know who will actually show up as some bail at the last moment and some show up unexpectedly.

Could tickets be returned? Oh no..I can’t go! I’m moving away and won’t be able to attend but I bought the ticket months ago! Now what?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may be able to sell it to someone else who would like to go. Be sure and write to Debbie and let her know. She is totally immersed in the upcoming GH and AMC Fan Club Weekends and it will likely take a while for her to get back to you.

You might not hear anything until the first week of August. All of our admin staff is in California for the GH and AMC weekends and cannot pick up mail at this time.
